These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 99abaa platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any service offered on this site. By accessing 99abaa, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Last Updated: 1 January 20261.1 These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 99abaa ("99abaa", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://99abaa.cam and any associated services, applications, features or content provided through that platform (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1.3 These Terms should be read alongside the 99abaa Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 99abaa.
In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register an Account and use the Platform. 99abaa strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where satisfactory proof is not provided.
3.2 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
3.3 Jurisdictional Compliance. You confirm that accessing and using the Platform is not prohibited by any applicable law in your country or territory of residence. Users located in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation may apply to their activities. 99abaa makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. Access is at the User's own risk and legal responsibility.
3.4 One Account Per User. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate Accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of any associated Balance or Bonuses and permanent closure of all associated Accounts.
3.5 Self-Exclusion. If you have previously registered a self-exclusion from 99abaa or any affiliated platform, you are not eligible to register a new Account until the self-exclusion period has fully expired.
4.1 To access the full features of the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete and current information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address and country of residence.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 99abaa accepts no liability for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
4.3 You must notify 99abaa immediately via the Live Chat or Help Centre if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of your Account security.
4.4 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, 99abaa requires satisfactory completion of the KYC process. This involves submission of government-issued identity documentation and proof of address. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended.
4.5 You must keep your registration information current and accurate. Any change in your name, address, payment details or other material information must be promptly updated in your Account settings or reported to support.
5.1 The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Commercial exploitation, resale or redistribution of any Platform content or functionality is strictly prohibited.
5.2 You agree to use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts or software to access, scrape or interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised.
5.3 The Platform operates in English as its primary interface language. Urdu-language support is available on request via the Live Chat channel. The primary currency display is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the operator and may include a spread or fee.
5.4 99abaa reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, game, market or service on the Platform at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially reduce rights that have already vested to Users under these Terms.
6.1.1 Deposits must be made using payment methods currently listed as active in the Platform cashier. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
6.1.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding of Accounts is prohibited. 99abaa reserves the right to return funds and close Accounts where third-party funding is detected.
6.1.3 Payment method availability, fees and processing characteristics vary by provider. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are contextual only. 99abaa does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific payment method. Users should check the live cashier for currently supported options.
6.2.1 Withdrawals may only be requested by Users who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification.
6.2.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. 99abaa reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
6.2.3 Processing times are subject to compliance review, payment provider timelines and verification status. 99abaa does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing time. Users should not assume that any processing time stated elsewhere on the Platform is guaranteed in all circumstances.
6.2.4 Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable fees are displayed in the cashier. These are subject to change with reasonable notice.
7.1 All Bonuses offered on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that Bonus only.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from Bonus play are subject to Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates and expiry period are stated on the promotion page.
7.3 99abaa reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any Bonus at any time. Any Bonus already accepted and actively being wagered will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance, unless there is evidence of abuse or breach of these Terms.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. The use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or any other method intended to exploit Bonus terms constitutes Bonus abuse. 99abaa reserves the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings where abuse is identified, and to close the Account or Accounts involved.
7.5 Bonuses are offered for entertainment purposes only and are not a guaranteed return. Any illustrative PKR figures shown in promotional materials (for example, "up to PKR 25,000") represent the maximum potential benefit and are subject to full eligibility criteria being met.
8.1 Bets and game rounds are binding once confirmed. Confirmation is indicated by the Platform acknowledging your Stake and the relevant market or game round commencing. Users should ensure all bet details are correct before confirmation.
8.2 99abaa reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that are determined to have been offered in error, including but not limited to manifestly incorrect odds, system errors or data feed failures.
8.3 Sports betting markets are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules governing settlement, void conditions, postponements, abandonments and related events. These rules are published in the Platform's Sports Betting Rules section.
8.4 Live betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time during an event. 99abaa is not liable for bets accepted during a brief market suspension window caused by technical latency.
8.5 RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on game pages are theoretical long-term averages supplied by the game provider. They do not guarantee any specific return in any individual session. Gambling does not guarantee profit and involves real financial risk.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

11.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the property of 99abaa or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
11.3 You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without our express written permission.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99abaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
12.2 99abaa does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.3 99abaa is not liable for any loss arising from: (a) your failure to comply with these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform in a manner not authorised under these Terms; (c) inaccurate information provided by you during registration or KYC; (d) unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials; or (e) any change in applicable law that affects the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 99abaa reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time where it reasonably believes that: (a) the User has breached these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or abusive purposes; (c) the User has provided false information; or (d) security concerns require immediate action.
13.2 Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any Balance outstanding may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. Where no breach is involved, any verified Balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting the 99abaa support team via Live Chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Outstanding verified Balances will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal process.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99abaa is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to the 99abaa internal complaints process via the Help Centre. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable licensing authority.
14.3 Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose additional legal obligations or restrictions that operate independently of these Terms. 99abaa's governing law clause does not override applicable mandatory provisions of Pakistani law.
15.1 99abaa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before they take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or for security reasons.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.3.
